Nigerian Defender Joins Rotherham United On Two-Year Deal

EFL League One club Rotherham United have
completed the signing of Nigerian defender
Emmanuel Onariase.

The former West Ham youth-teamer put pen
to paper on a two-year deal after a
successful medical on Thursday.
Born in London, Onariase represented West
Ham until 2016 and was on their bench for a
Premier League clash against Arsenal two
years ago.

After his stint at the Hammers came to an
end, he played for Brentford and enjoyed a
loan spell at Cheltenham Town during the
second half of last season.

Onariase links up with Arsenal defender Semi
Ajayi and Michael Ihiekwe at The Millers.
