Eden Hazard set to miss Stoke clash

Eden Hazard , 26, has been resurgent for Chelsea
this season under Antonio Conte, scoring 11 goals
in 26 Premier League games.

However, Kristof Terruer – a journalist for Belgian
newspaper HLN – claims Hazard has suffered a
muscle injury and has not travelled with the
Chelsea squad to take on Stoke at the Britannia
Stadium today.

It has also been said that Hazard – once relevant
testing has been undertaken to assess the full
extent of his injury – is expected to pull out of the
Belgium squad for the games against Greece and
Russia.

This will come as a huge blow to Chelsea and could
put a dent in their title hopes should they lose their
star man.

Victor Moses could also miss Chelsea’s clash with
Stoke due to a calf injury

Victor Moses is also a doubt for the Blues’ trip to
Stoke.

It is suggested he sustained a calf injury in
Chelsea’s 1-0 win over Manchester United in the
FA Cup and is facing a race to regain his fitness.
